RIAA Certified Titles and Plaques

Artists, labels, or other affiliated parties who have contributed to an RIAA certified title (riaa.com/gold-platinum/) can obtain physical plaques. Our licensed framers have exclusive rights to prepare official awards, which bear a specialized RIAA hologram. Here’s how you can obtain a plaque:

  1. Obtain Record Label Authorization: The certified title’s music label must authorize plaque orders before they can be manufactured.

  2. Work with Licensed Framers: Once authorization is obtained, our licensed framers can work with you to determine the design and quantity of awards.

The RIAA does not limit the number of plaques a music label or artist can create, nor do we provide information on the number of plaques produced for a particular project.

Summary

  • Exclusivity: The MRAA Certification Program is available only to active members.

  • Unlimited Requests: Members can submit unlimited certification requests and order plaques.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid to MRAA are non-refundable.
