Achieving Success with MRAA:

Validation for Influencers, Brand Ambassadors, and Industry Professionals

Certification Standards: levels, thresholds, eligible metrics and exclusions.

MRAA certifications recognize measurable achievements supported by credible, verifiable documentation. Eligible activity may be reviewed individually or collectively to determine whether the requested certification threshold has been met.

A threshold represents the qualifying total accepted after MRAA review—not necessarily the applicant’s original submitted total.

Eligible Achievement Metrics

MRAA may consider verified achievements from sources including:

  • Physical and digital sales

  • Music streams and platform plays

  • Radio and airplay activity

  • Music-video and content views

  • Social-media reach and engagement

  • Audience growth and fan activity

  • DSP and distributor reports

  • Platform dashboards and analytics

  • Verified influencer or brand campaigns

  • Performance-rights documentation

  • ISRC, UPC, release, and credit metadata

  • Other measurable achievements supported by credible records

Metrics are evaluated according to their source, quality, relevance, consistency, territory, timeframe, and supporting documentation. Not every metric is automatically counted equally.

Excluded or Nonqualifying Activity

MRAA may exclude:

  • Unsupported or unverifiable claims

  • Duplicate or overlapping totals

  • Artificial, manipulated, botted, or purchased activity

  • Fraudulent or misleading documentation

  • Unclear screenshots without identifying information

  • Promotional copies or free goods without sufficient records

  • Preorders that have not been fulfilled

  • Conflicting release, ownership, credit, ISRC, or UPC information

  • Activity unrelated to the project or achievement being certified

  • Incomplete records that cannot be independently supported

MRAA may request additional documentation, adjust qualifying totals, deny an application, correct a public record, suspend a certification, or revoke a certification when information is inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, manipulated, or unverifiable.

Independent Review

Meeting a published numerical threshold does not automatically guarantee certification. Every request remains subject to MRAA’s independent review standards, documentation requirements, and final determination.
